Maria & Robbie | Dreams Resort Punta Cana Destination Wedding

My journey with Maria and Robbie started off with a somewhat traumatic experience. Three years ago we all got stuck in the Mexico City airport overnight after having problems with Air Mexico, and spent the night half-asleep in a 24-hour airport diner booth. The silver lining was meeting this great couple whose wedding served as another chapter in their tropical travel-bug life! I'm so excited that they brought me to the Dominican Republic for this beautiful weekend of love, humidity, and endless piña coladas.

Location withstanding, I was most impressed by their amazing network of friends and family. I was really taken in on their wedding day and had a great time documenting the day with sand in my toes and humidity to my core, along with everyone else. The strong Caribbean sun softened behind clouds for their beach-y ceremony, coming out to play for portraits and a beautiful tropical sunset.
