The end of a year is always a time for reflection (especially when you're on vacation and it's too cold to go outside!). When reviewing photos I always pause on how a good portrait is a full collaboration between photographer and subject. Thank you to everyone who both trusted me and brought so many great ideas in front of my camera!
 

2017: A year of weddings, engagements, and elopements with the coolest couples a photographer could ask for.

Every year is different, and I'm excited for both the pre-planned bookings and the mystery of what's to come. I plan on diving further into non-wedding portraiture and seeing how that mindset influences my wedding work. I'm ready to embrace and challenge the power of light, movement, emotion, and editing -- but I also aim to tell simple, beautiful love stories without getting caught up in trendy optics.
